Mrs. Vicki Dublin is a veteran educator with twenty years of experience. Her areas of certification are English Language Arts, grades 6-12 and middle grades Reading. She believes that every student can not only learn, but also excel, not in the same way nor on the same day, but with the right environment, opportunity and ample time to discover their personal learning strengths.
