Ms. K. C. Revere

Principal


Ms. Revere is a career educator with more than twenty years of progressive experience based throughout the state of Georgia’s urban and suburban school districts. Her previous educational roles entail English to Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) District Liaison, English Language Arts, Reading and Social Science Teacher (Regular Education and Gifted), Literacy Coach, Instructional Coach, School Improvement Grant Coordinator, K-12 ELA Curriculum Coordinator, K-12 Academic Programs Assistant Director, and Assistant Principal.

 

A proud native of Atlanta, Georgia, Ms. Revere matriculated through Atlanta Public Schools (APS) as she attended R. N. Fickett Elementary School, Ralph Johnson Bunche Middle School and Frederick Douglass High School. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from DePauw University, dual Master’s degrees respectively in Counseling and Psychology from Troy State University and Secondary Education from Grand Canyon University, and a Specialist degree in Teacher Leadership from Piedmont College. When she is not making a positive impact on school culture and student achievement, she enjoys traveling internationally, spending time with family, and serving the community as a member of the Douglas-Carroll-Paulding Counties Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated.

 

As TMSA’s Principal, Ms. Revere acknowledges, “It is truly an honor to serve the TMSA community. Serving as TMSA’s Principal is more than a title, it is the responsibility to impact the lives of others – students and teachers. I take this responsibility seriously; for this reason, I will give my all each and every day to ensure we learn and grow exponentially.”
