The idea is that parents can try some of these practices to help them stay in the moment and de-stress by making small and easy adjustments. Important Note: School meals picked-up on Thursday, September 3, 2020 from 10:00 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. will supply students for 5 days until the next regularly scheduled pick up on Thursday, September 10, 2020

Beginning Monday, August 31, 2020 the hotline will be open Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
