The Main Street Academy will celebrate National Hispanic Heritage Month from September 15 - October 15, 2024. National Hispanic Heritage Month recognizes and honors the culture and contributions of Americans with ancestors from Mexico, Spain, Central America, and South America. Over the month, TMSA will host the following activities that are subject to change:
- Friday movie viewings for grades K - 3
- Read-A-Louds of various Spanish-oriented books hosted inside the Media Center
- Daily morning announcements about Hispanic Heritage facts
- Nacho/taco food bar for teachers and staff on Friday, September 27, 2024
