The Main Street Academy will conduct schoolwide Mock Testing Sessions during the week of March 4th . The purpose of these sessions is to help students prepare for Spring testing by providing similar question types, and assisting with acclimating to a timed test experience. Additionally, the test data will provide teachers with information to reteach, review, remediate, and enrich.
Students in grades K - 2 will be administered mock writing assessments using Write Score curriculum resources.

AM testing sessions (lasts up to 120 minutes) beginning as early as 8:00 a.m.
Families can assist by ensuring the following:

Provide a quiet space to study each night for a minimum of 45 minutes

Ensure students get the proper amount of sleep

Students arrive at school before 7:45 a.m. each day

Mobile devices are left at home and/or students are reminded to follow school policy to turn in devices to teachers during morning homeroom

School-issued Chromebooks are returned to school (with charger) each day
Note: *50 randomly selected 8th graders will be administered NAEP on Thursday, March 7th.
