The Main Street Academy's students, teachers and staff are invited to participate in Book Character Day on Tuesday, October 31, 2023.
What is Book Character Day?
The TMSA Community brings their favorite storybook characters to life by dressing up as their favorite book character!
Participation Requirements:
- Must arrive to school on October 31st dressed as your favorite book character
(Note: Students must wear their storybook character costume over their TMSA uniform) - Must bring a copy of the book supporting/reflecting the book character you're representing
(Note: Students will have to change into their official TMSA uniform if they do not bring their accompanying book) - No masks
TMSA's indoor Book Character Day Parade will start at 2:00 p.m. on October 31st. Only students, teachers and staff dressed as their favorite book characters, and accompanied by their books, may participate in the parade. Students who aren't dressed as book characters will line the hallways to view and cheer on their classmates dressed as storybook characters.
