Dear TMSA Families and Stakeholders:
Yesterday evening, March 23, 2023, The Main Street Academy’s Governing Board held a Special Called Executive Session for the purpose of discussing several recent school occurrences. In accordance with the Open Meetings Act, TMSA’s Governing Board is legally required to publish meetings that result in a majority of Governing Board being convened to discuss official school relative matters.
To this end, TMSA will host a hybrid (in-person and live-stream) Town Hall on Thursday, March 30, 2023, at 6:30 p.m. in the school’s gymnasium. Please note the Town Hall will only accommodate in-person verbal participation as the live-stream version will not lend to audience participation (viewing only). Additionally, the meeting will be recorded for TMSA families and stakeholders who are unable to attend. Town Hall attendees are encouraged to park in the school’s rear parking lot for easy access.
In the meantime, TMSA’s administration and staff will continue to evaluate and improve processes and procedures that will assist in mitigating events that detract from the safety and order of the school.
