Dear TMSA Parents and Guardians,
Introducing The Main Street Academy’s Annual Innovation Fund, our school’s new and inaugural annual fund! What is the Annual Innovation Fund? The Annual Innovation Fund is a community-wide, ongoing fundraising campaign that will be conducted every school year (July 1 – June 30) to raise money and help cover TMSA’s capital improvement, operational and educational related costs not funded by the district. Proudly, TMSA is now one of many national charter schools and private educational institutions that instills an annual fund. The financial goal for the 2022 – 2023 Annual Innovation Fund is $100,000 with 100% family participation. This goal is achievable if every member of the TMSA community of parents/guardians, teachers, staff, board members, and friends supports and donates $100 to the Annual Innovation Fund.
As a charter school, we receive district funding from Fulton County Schools. However, without your financial support, our school would not be able to increase capital improvements, enhance teacher professional development or invest in greater facets of your child’s education.
Your one-time or recurring financial contribution to the Annual Innovation Fun will positively impact the educational experience of all TMSA scholars, as well as the remarkable work of all TMSA teachers. All financial gifts, large and small, fund innovative programs, urgent priorities and unexpected opportunities that arise during the academic year.
If every TMSA family receiving this letter gave just $100 per year, we can meet our 2022 – 2023 goal of $100,000. Think about that, for a little more than $2.00 per day from each family, we can keep providing programs and services that make TMSA one of the most sought after charter schools in Fulton County.
