Greetings TMSA Community,
Invitations were recently distributed to TMSA 3rd, 5th and 8th grade students who were recommended for Summer Takeoff Academy (summer school) based on their end-of-year iReady scores and Georgia Milestones preliminary results.
Next, Open Enrollment for TMSA students in grades 3 - 8 is now available without recommendation on a first-come-first-served basis. TMSA scholars are highly encouraged to attend Summer Takeoff Academy. Click here to register for Summer Takeoff Academy during the Open Enrollment period that closes on Monday, May 30, 2022. Enrollment will be capped at 150 students. Confirmation of enrollment will be emailed to parents/guardians on Wednesday, June 1, 2022.
Summer Takeoff Academy at TMSA will be in session daily from June 6 – 24, 2022 (Monday – Friday) from 7: 45 a.m. until dismissal at noon. Students will receive breakfast and a snack. Afterschool care will not be provided. Students must be picked up from Summer Takeoff Academy no later than 12:30 p.m. (dismissal is at noon). Students who accumulate two late pick-up notices will be suspended from participating in summer school.
