Mrs. Williams and Ms. Bynoe have joined forces to respectively combine their elementary and middle school schoolwide enrichment model (SEM) clusters during the second semester. The teachers facilitate and guide their groups of scholars to collaboratively design and create useful and fashionable items pertaining to their SEM clusters. Middle school students assist elementary scholars by modeling the utilization of tools and the navigation of design software. The students' ability to synergize despite their age difference and grade levels, exemplifies Leader in Me Habit #6 and it highlights the authentic, real-world application opportunities that SEM clusters provide.
