Exercise Tips During Summer Break

In the final quarter of physical education,  students learned all about the cardiovascular system!  We focused on how exercising and eating healthy keeps your heart healthy.   The school year is ending, but exercise does not have to stop!  We would love for the students to continue to exercise the recommended time of sixty minutes per day.  We attached the "Netflex 2" so that you can continue to have fun and exercise with your family over the summer.
