The Main Street Academy (TMSA) is offering free face-to-face summer school for its students in grades 1 – 5 this summer beginning June 7th through June 17th from 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. Daily (Monday – Friday). Students will receive 6 hours of core instruction (reading and math), 1.5 hours of enrichment (music, art, etc.) and one 30-minute lunch break. TMSA’s summer school will serve as an intervention for TMSA students in grades 1 – 5 during the 2020 – 2021 academic school year who have exhibited severe learning loss or minimal participation due to pandemic related causes. Limited seating is available. However, available seats may become available to apply. Breakfast and lunch will be provided daily. Transportation must be provided. Before and after school services will not be provided. Official TMSA uniforms are not required. Summer school students will have to adhere to health precautions, including but not limited to daily temperature checks and mask wear.
TMSA students in grades 6 – 8 during the 2020 – 2021 academic school year may attend Fulton Virtual School (FVS) Summer School.
TMSA students in grades 1 - 8 who are invited to summer school will receive a letter and registration information from TMSA’s administration the week of May 10th.
