Second Semester Date Change: Virtual Classes Begin Jan. 6th

Dear TMSA Parents and Guardians,

 

Due to extended planning purposes, synchronous, virtual instruction for all TMSA students in grades K - 8 will begin on Wednesday, January 6, 2021 (initially scheduled on January 5, 2021). Students may submit any late assignments, if applicable, from first semester on Tuesday, January 5, 2021. 

 

Students should access Microsoft Teams after January 5th to obtain their links to attend virtual classes (both core content and specials) that begin on Wednesday, January 6, 2021. 

 

• The elementary schedule for grades K - 4 virtual core content as specials classes conducted January 6 - 22, 2021 will remain the same as second quarter
• The middle school schedule for grades 5 - 8  virtual core content classes conducted January 6 - 22, 2021 will remain the same as second quarter. However, there will be changes to the middle school specials schedule. These changes will be reflected on Infinite Campus by 3:00 p.m. on Monday, January 4, 2021
• Synchronous Fridays: Friday, January 8th, Friday, January 15th and and Friday, January 22nd are all synchronous, live-virtual instruction, learning days (versus asynchronous Fridays this past second quarter)
• Breakfast and lunch pick-up at TMSA will resume the week of January 11th (the date is subject to change)
• TMSA's Virtual Hotline will be available for students and parents/guardians during synchronous learning days
