Dear TMSA Parents and Guardians,
At approximately 2:15 PM today, Fulton County Schools (FCS) confirmed and reported that an employee contracted COVID 19 - coronavirus and all schools and offices will be closed on Tuesday, March 10, 2020.
In response to FCS's announcement, The Main Street Academy (TMSA) is closed tomorrow, Tuesday, March 10 and all TMSA extracurricular activities scheduled the afternoon of Monday, March 9 have been cancelled.
Although TMSA is closed Tuesday, March 10, it's imperative for students to keep abreast of their assignments. As such, please ensure your student(s) assess Google Classroom to complete his/her schoolwork as assigned.
TMSA's Career Day previously scheduled on Tuesday, March 10 has been postponed.
Expect to receive communications from TMSA tomorrow afternoon for potential school closing(s) mid - later this week.
Parents/guardians it's very important for you help maintain a healthy environment at TMSA. If your student(s) is not feeling well, he/she should not report to school under any circumstances. Also, it's very important to report to TMSA any doctor diagnosis your student(s) may receive that could potentially impact the students and staff at TMSA.
