Beginning January 2020, The Main Street Academy (TMSA) will incorporate Financial Literacy into our social studies curriculum via the EverFI K12 financial education program. The EverFI K12 financial education program teaches students to become wise money managers. TMSA scholars will use a variety of hands-on and interactive activities that will make finance fun! This financial education program has proven to increase information retention by making a major impact on the financial futures of students in grades 3rd through 8th. The first 10 minutes of class for TMSA K through 2nd graders will focus on Financial Literacy through the EverFI K-12 financial education program.
